All that you have done in this life and the lengths you have gone to be and express you. You are a joy and a wonderful human and I have the gift of receiving you and that is something special

Thank you for this day and thank you for this moment in time in which I recognize I am a co creator of my thoughts along with the species and I do create the situations and events of my life no matter how dire I often interpret them. 

It's a blessed day because we are here together and love is the heartbeat of the universe
