Understanding forgiving taking responsibility

Thank u god I love u and thank u thank u thank u for this blessing of understandings and realizations to which I owe this experience truly I have realized much about myself and the direction I do wish to go forward I need to speak up for myself honestly and say how I feel when I feel it . I forgive myself always and I went into all this knowing what could go on in a general sense but my normal mind would have spoken honestly and kept myself in that frame of reference I know it's ok and so thank u for the realization
